Heather Meahl | Vice President
Heather was brought on board at American Home Title in August of 2003 as a settlement agent, and currently serves as Vice President and in-house licensed underwriter. With over eight years of title experience, as well as many more years of management and customer service experience, her strong leadership has helped to make American Home Title the successful company it is today. Heather’s daily responsibilities include all of the title insurance underwriting, the majority of the settlements, as well as the management and business development of the office. Heather currently serves on the Education Committee of the Virginia Land Title Association.
Heather and her husband Barry currently reside in Virginia Beach where they enjoy raising their two sons.
Julie Ring-Fry | Processor
Julie came to American Home Title in February 2006 and earned her Title Insurance Underwriters License in August of that same year. She has held a real estate license for 11 years with a solid administrative background in real estate spanning 13 years. Julie’s experience and knowledge are fundamental in keeping her transactions consistently smooth for both buyers and sellers. Julie’s responsibility as a processor begin as the initial point of contact, when the contract is received, and include coordinating the myriad of components leading to a succesful closing. At times, as a licensed underwriter, Julie also conducts the settlements.
Erica Poston | Processor
Erica, as the newest member of our team, joined American Home Title in June of 2008. Erica’s exceptional customer service skills and her commitment to “getting the job done”, is what makes her an invaluable part of our team. Erica’s responsibilities as a processor basically include all the “contract to closing” components. You will find that, as with every other member of our team, Erica is readily available, committed to customer satisfaction, and is growing to love the title industry like the rest of us!
Erica is newly married to a member of the United States Coast Guard and they currently reside in Virginia Beach.
